This former referee has been a great servant to CTAFC both on and off the pitch, having been a goalkeeper for the Crows in his playing days. Apart from match day duties and dealing with the FAW and the league, Ian is heavily involved with off the field initiatives such as fund raising etc.

Mark played for the Crows in the Welsh Premier League between 1995 and 1999, racking up 82 (+39) appearances and scoring four goals, primarily from defence. He then went on to feature for Rhayader Town for a season and Llanelli for a further four.
His place in Cwmbrân Town history is already cemented as he played in both legs of the European Cup Winners' Cup Qualifying Round against National Bucuresti in 1997 and scored a penalty in the first leg.
Mark joins the club from Cwmbrân Celitc where he was reserve team manager, taking them to the Welsh League Reserve Division (East) title last season.

Jamie Jenkins
Played for Barry Town in the LoW/WPL between 1999 and 2004, making 85 (+35) appearances in total and scoring 12 times. Also featured for them in Europe. Has since been with Croesyceiliog where he played alongside brother and former Crow Jodie Jenkins.
Goalkeeper Coach
Pat O'Hagan
Joined Town in 1992 in time for the inaugural League of Wales season after being released by Cardiff City. He helped the Crows lift the league title, leading them into Europe the following season against Cork City.
After time away with rival clubs Inter Cardiff and Briton Ferry, he returned in 1996/7 and was virtually ever-present in Tony Wilcox's side. He went on to featured for the Crows in European ties against National Bucuresti, Celtic and Slovan Bratislava.
In all, he made 245 appearances for the club over a 10-year period, bettered only by defender Jimmy Blackie.

Ryan his currently Head Coach for Men’s Football Development Side at Coleg Gwent Usk as well as being the Welsh Colleges Women’s National Team Manager. Ryan currently holds a UEFA B licence for coaching outfield players as well as a UEFA C licence for coaching goalkeepers.

Matthew played academy level as a goalkeeper with Cardiff City and Plymouth Argyle before injury cut short any career. He then started physio/sports therapy work with Risca United before moving onto Newport County. Through Newport County academy he became involved with The Gwent Schools FA, internationally representing Wales through the Welsh Supporters team and the Welsh Schoolboys U18s. He has also worked with Newport Gwent Dragons, the Welsh Basketball team and Portsmouth FC.
