Appointed club chairman in December 2008. As well as a local businesswoman and Crows fan, Carolynn is also the first female chairman of a Welsh League club.

His playing career includes clubs such as Cardiff City, Bridgend Town, Aberaman Athletic, Dinas Powys and Taff's Well. He has also been involved with Aberaman Athletic, Taff's Well and Garw in a coaching capacity. |
 | Senior Team Assistant Manager Gareth Kedward Played for Swansea and Cardiff City school boys before playing for Merthyr Tydfil Youth where a knee injury ended his playing career prematurely. After recovering, he moved into coaching, starting with junior teams before moving on to Trethomas Bluebirds, and most recently, Taff’s Well. |

Ryan was appointed manager of the reserve side last season, however he decided to step down from this role for the 2010/11 season due to work and other coaching commitments and will be concentrating primarily on the playing side in the forthcoming season. Ryan his currently Head Coach for Men’s Football Development Side at Coleg Gwent Usk as well as being the Welsh Colleges Women’s National Team Manager. Ryan has played for a variety of Welsh League clubs including Ammanford and Pontypridd Town, more recently he played for Treharris Athletic where he was part of the division 3 promotion winning side.

This former referee has been a great servant to CTAFC both on and off the pitch, having been a goalkeeper for the Crows in his playing days. Apart from match day duties and dealing with the FAW and Welsh League, Ian is heavily involved with off the field initiatives such as fund raising etc.

Matthew Farrell, AKA "Faz"
Matthew played academy level as a goalkeeper with Cardiff City and Plymouth Argyle before injury cut short any career. He then started physio/sports therapy work with Risca United before moving onto Newport County. Through Newport County academy he became involved with The Gwent Schools FA, internationally representing Wales through the Welsh Supporters team and the Welsh Schoolboys U18s. He has also worked with Newport Gwent Dragons, the Welsh Basketball team and Portsmouth FC.
